Self-Care Tools

ZenShuk tools prevent and relieve neck, back, and pelvic pain by improving your body’s spinal mobility and symmetry, decreasing muscle tension, restoring the natural curves in your spine to allow for correct posture, and relieve stress within your body.

Our tools empower you to give yourself daily, individualized, manual therapy sessions, without appointments, decreasing your dependence on others to help you feel good.

ZenShuk tools can be used together to improve the mobility in multiple areas, or separately, to focus on one problem area.

SAM-Self Adjustment Mobilizer

Use SAM to improve your spinal mobility and restore your spine to its natural curves.

SAM is portable and can go anywhere with you.

Utilize SAM by lying down on the floor and placing the tool underneath your pelvis, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, and more to one side or across both sides symmetrically – whatever feels like more of a stretch.

PAT-Personal Alignment Tool

Use PAT for deep muscle massage, muscle trigger point releases, and mobilizing ribs and thoracic spine.

Utilize PAT by lying on the floor. Use the convenient handle to place PAT under a painful area, and roll onto it with as much weight as you can tolerate while still taking deep breaths. Exhale and inhale deeply while relaxing until the pain and/or stretch goes away.

Double PAT (Personal Alignment Tool)

Use Double PAT to release the muscle tension along both sides of your spine to help restore spinal symmetry.

Utilize Double PAT by lying on the floor and place the tool centrally under your tailbone region. Keep it there until your muscles relax (no longer feel a stretch or pain) while breathing deeply and relaxing. Continue the same pattern by rolling Double PAT to your pelvis, and continuing slowly, all the way to your neck to release muscle tension and improve spinal symmetry.
